Awareness and Education

Educating the EMS and First Responder community about the benefits and process of organ donation is the foundation of our work. Many people are unaware of organ donation options beyond deceased donation, familiar from the driver’s license check box.  We strive to get the word out about all the ways people can help meet the chronic shortage of life-saving organs needed for transplant. Our message is this:  organ donation isn’t just done by superheroes!  Almost anyone can be a donor and become a lifelong hero to a person in desperate need.
